SociaResize ("the Service") is a web tool operated by Netwiz LLC ("we", "us") that helps resize images for social media posts. All image processing is performed in the user's browser.

Article 2 (Terms of Use)

By using this Service, you agree to the following:

• You will not use the Service for any illegal purposes
• You will not process images that infringe on third-party copyrights, portrait rights, or other rights
• You will not interfere with the normal operation of the Service
• You will not engage in unauthorized access or reverse engineering

Article 3 (Paid Plans)

The Pro plan is offered as a monthly subscription. Payment is accepted by credit card via Stripe.

• Subscriptions renew automatically
• You can cancel anytime from your account settings
• After cancellation, Pro features remain available until the end of the billing period
• In principle, refunds are not accepted after purchase

Article 4 (Disclaimer)

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees about the results of image processing. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of this Service, except in cases of intentional or gross negligence.

Article 5 (Intellectual Property)

Intellectual property rights for the Service's software, design, and content belong to us. Rights to images uploaded by users belong to the users.

Article 6 (Service Changes)

We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.

Article 7 (Changes to Terms)

These terms may be updated without notice. Updated terms take effect upon publication on this page.

Article 8 (Governing Law)

These terms are governed by Japanese law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
